Light Breeze Touching the Earth
Galleria Richter Fine Art
Curator: Antonello Tolve
“I dreamed of a torrential rain; my condo’s indoor courtyard filled with water, rising up to the second floor, threatening to enter my apartment. When the water finally retreated, it left behind a luxurious green valley harboring a small monastery”. The words of the artist immediately carry us deep within his imagination, easily recognizable on all the artworks of the exhibition, from the oil paintings, to the linocuts, to the ink art, where from nature he seizes a series of basic, detailed stimuli, as he does atmospheric suggestion, granting the image (and its context) symbolic meanings, optical ambiguities, constructions and corruptions, visual disorientation.
